READINGTON/TEWSKBURY TOWNSHIPS
BRIDGE REPLACEMENT |
02/17/2021 UPDATE:
The Contractor will be performing night work at RT-16 (CR 523) from 7:00pm to 6:00am as needed for the next 2 weeks. One lane will be closed and we will have one lane open with alternating traffic. Police have been notified and will be at the jobsite as needed. Please plan alternate route and/or expect delays.

RT-16, County Route 523, Readington and Tewksbury Townships:
- Replacement of County Bridge RT-16 on County Route 523 on the border of Readington and Tewksbury Townships near the intersection of Halls Mill Road.
- The construction will be phase to allow the roadway to remain open, however sporadic delays should be expected.
- Construction will begin on or about April 1, 2020
- Midatlantic Construction is the Contractor for the project.
