American Giant Millipede (Narceus americanus)

“Millipede” means “thousand-footed” in Latin, but no millipedes actually have a thousand legs. All millipedes have two pairs of legs per segment, as opposed to centipedes, which have only one pair of legs per segment. This millipede grows up to 5 inches.
