In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12,a, notice is hereby given that the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, September 07, 2006, at 7:30 p.m., at the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Freeholders’ Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, for the purpose of handling necessary business prior to the regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, September 12, 2006, as there are three weeks between meetings. The Board may also consider items in Executive Session at this time.

Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the Main Street County Complex, 71 Main Street, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on August 28, 2006: This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on August 28, 2006: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Courier, Hunterdon Review, The Times, Star Ledger and The Express, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
