Chair Yoga (Onsite)

This is our most gentle exercise class, perfect for Seniors to participate in, while seated in a chair. Yoga strengthens core muscles, improves balance and increases range of movement, all in a gentle manner.

You must submit a waiver to join this class.

Open to Hunterdon County residents age 60 and over who are enrolled members of the Senior Center. Free of charge. Seating limited. Sponsored by the Hunterdon County Division of Senior, Disabilities & Veterans Services.
