Getting Stronger (Offsite)

This is an extension of the Healthy Bones concept but is more strenuous. emphasizing balance and additional repetitions and movements.  Bands and weights are used in this class.

Please check with your doctor before enrolling in this class.

You must submit an electronic waiver to join this class.

Open to Hunterdon County residents age 60 and over who are enrolled members of the Senior Center. Free of charge. Seating limited. Sponsored by the Hunterdon County Division of Senior, Disabilities & Veterans Services.
