Children's Mobile Response & Stabilization

NJ Children's System of Care (CSOC) serves children, adolescents and young adults with emotional and behavioral health care challenges and their families; children with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families; and alcohol/substance use solutions.

PerformCare, the Contracted System Administrator for the CSOC, is the single point of entry to access services. Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Service(s) include:

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) – provides face-to-face crisis services within one hour of notification. The goal is to de-escalate emotional or behavioral crisis and keep your youth at home. Mobile response is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can offer up to eight weeks of stabilization services.
