Daytop Village of NJ delivers comprehensive substance abuse treatment and education programs to male and female adolescents, young adults and adult women, with a focus on co-occurring disorders in order to provide the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
Service(s) include:
- Outpatient- program is comprised of group, individual, and family sessions; treatment runs 1 to 8 hours of therapeutic activity per week.
- Intensive Outpatient- program is comprised of group, individual, and family therapy components; treatment runs 9 hours of therapeutic activity per week. Medication assessment and monitoring is also provided.
- Long-term Adolescent Residential- 24-hour structured long-term setting; the average length of stay is 6 to 9 months. Medication evaluations and monitoring and nursing are also available. New Jersey state-approved high school education is offered.
- Day School Education- state-approved high school education and outpatient care is offered to students. Approval from the students' sending district is required for this level of care.
- Evaluation/Screening- staff will conduct a phone screen and provide you with a scheduled time to meet with a clinician - this can often be the same day or within twenty-four hours. Admissions from other agencies are also accepted with the referring agency contacting Daytop NJ and providing all referral information.
