Public Safety
The Hunterdon County Department of Public Safety was created in 2005 as a move to consolidate the Public Safety services provided by the County. The Department consists of the County Communications Division (911), the Emergency Management Division, and Emergency Services Training Center.
The mission of Hunterdon County's Department of Public Safety is to provide a wide range of preventative, protective, and emergency services aimed at maintaining the quality of life for the general public.
