Petition Filing Deadlines

  • Primary: Monday, March 27, 2023 petition filing deadline 4 p.m. for June Primary Election-County Candidates with County Clerk-Local/County Committee with Municipal Clerk 
  • Independent Candidates: June 6, 2023 petition filing deadline 4pm for County/Municipal Independent Candidates with County Clerk -please call County Clerk for petition and signature requirement 
  • Annual School: Monday, July 24, 2023 petition filing deadline 4 p.m. for School Board Election 

Party Affiliation

  • Wednesday, April 12, 2023, last day to file Party Declaration Forms to change Political Party Affiliation for the June Primary
