We offer numerous exercise classes to suit every level of fitness. Please invite your friends to join you- it makes the class so enjoyable!

All participants in every fitness and recreation activity must sign a Senior Health and Fitness Registration Form and must complete and sign a Waiver Form. It is always wise to get permission from your physician before participating in any regular fitness program. If you are registering for Virtual Programs, a ZOOM Agreement Form must also be completed and submitted.

Donations at all Senior classes, activities and programs are appreciated.

All virtual and in person fitness classes and programs will be free of charge through 2022 through a grant under the Older Americans Act and sponsored by the Hunterdon County Division of Senior, Disabilities & Veterans’ Services.

Registration is required and waiver forms must be submitted prior to your first class. Instructions to join virtual classes via ZOOM and invitation credentials will be emailed to you.

You may call 908-788-1359 or email Eleanor or Shalini with questions or to obtain specific information.

We continue to add more programs, so please call us at 908-788-1359 for more information or check our Website regularly for updates.
