South Hunterdon Regional School District

South Hunterdon Regional School District is a pre-kindergarten through 12th grade school district.

The new district was formed on July 1, 2014 as a result of merging Lambertville Public School (preK-6), South Hunterdon Regional High School (7-12), Stockton Borough Elementary School (preK-6), and West Amwell Township Elementary School (preK-6). This is the first successful school district merger in the State of New Jersey in 25 years.

The school district serves approximately 963 students from the City of Lambertville, Stockton Borough, and West Amwell Township.

The new school year, coupled with our "new district", presents our students with unprecedented opportunities to learn. We have high expectations for student growth; we value the use of technologies as a tool to improve and support classroom instruction; and our goal is to provide equal access to strong core academic programs.
