NURSING & EDUCATION

The mission of the Hunterdon County Dental Health Program is to coordinate dental services in a timely and caring manner to children ages K - 8 who qualify and are in need of these services. High School students may be assisted if funds are available. This program is not available to those who have dental insurance of any kind or are covered by Medicaid or NJ Family Care . Parents may apply for this program through their child's school nurse. All services are confidential and all dental care is provided by Hunterdon County Dentists. Are you concerned about dental care for your child?

Do you know that Hunterdon County offers a Dental Health program to help assure children in grades K - 8 (if eligible) receive basic, preventive dental care and that:

This program is FREE to those who are eligible?


FREE Dental Care for Eligible Hunterdon County Children

To Be Eligible, Your Child Must:

  • Be a Hunterdon County resident;
  • Be enrolled in a Hunterdon County school; and
  • Meet income eligibility guidelines

This program is not available to those who have dental insurance
of any kind or are covered by Medicaid or NJ Family Care

High School students may be assisted if funds are available

All dental care is provided by local Hunterdon County Dentists
and
ALL services are confidential

If eligible and interested, please download, print, fill out and return the Application For Dental Services to your child's school nurse.
