ELIGIBILITY EXPANDED FOR SUNDAY’S HUNTERDON HEALTH DEPARTMENT H1N1 CLINIC
The November 22nd clinic is now “open” to additional individuals. This Hunterdon Central Regional High School-based clinic (10 AM - 4 PM) will now be open to: All (healthy as well as those with medical conditions) 10-24 year olds, caregivers of infants under 6 months of age, 25-64 year olds with chronic health conditions (see below), and to EMS responders. The vaccine is a killed-virus vaccine administered via injection.
Chronic health conditions (CDC) include: chronic lung (including asthma), cardiovascular, liver, kidney, neurological/neuromuscular, cognitive, blood, metabolic (including diabetes), and immune suppression conditions.
Pre-registration is required. Walk-in patients will not be admitted. Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. To pre-register, go to www.co.hunterdon.nj.us/health.htm.
Prior to arrival at the clinic, registered patients should read the Vaccine Information Form titled “What You Need to Know,” and complete and sign the Vaccination Consent Form.

The county health department also has H1N1 clinics planned on Thursday, December 3, from 5 pm-9 pm at South Hunterdon Regional High School in West Amwell; Saturday, December 5, from 8am-8pm at Holland Brook School in Readington Township; Sunday, December 6, from 8am-8pm at Voorhees High School in Lebanon Township; Friday, December 11, from 5pm-9pm at J.P. Case Middle School in Raritan Township; Sunday, December 13, from 8am-8pm at Delaware Valley Regional High School; and Saturday, December 19, from 8am-8pm at North Hunterdon Regional High School.
