From the North

  • Take Route 287 South to exit 17 and follow signs to Route 202 South.
  • Stay on Route 202 South for approximately 13 miles.
  • At Flemington circle (Flemington Mall on right before circle), follow signs to Route 12 West (towards Frenchtown).
  • Stay on Route 12 West for about 2.5 miles (you will pass thru two additional circles), and turn left into “Hunterdon County Complex” — you’ll see sign for Complex.
  • Make a first right into the parking lot of Building #1.
  • Use Visitor Parking.
  • Health Department is on second floor.

If traveling East on Route 78 (from the Easton, Pa. area), take exit 17 to Route 31 South to the Flemington circle (about 10 miles). Travel 1/4 around the circle and follow signs to Route 12 West. Then follow above directions.

If traveling West on Route 78 (from the Newark area), take exit 30 onto Route 287 South, and then follow the above directions.

From the South

From the Trenton area, take Route 29 North to the Lambertville area, where you will get on to Route 179 North. Take this until you arrive at Route 202, and bear right onto 202 North before the overpass. Take Route 202 North until you arrive at the Flemington circle (where Routes 202, 31, and 12 converge). Travel 3/4's around the circle and exit onto Route 12 West (Frenchtown). See above directions from there.

Also from Trenton area, take Route 31 North to Route 202/31 North until you reach the Flemington circle. You can then follow directions immediately above.

From the East

Take Route 287 North until you reach exit 14; exit from left lane and follow signs to Route 202 South. Then follow directions from the north (above).

From Route 22 West, exit onto Route 202/206 South. Remain on Route 202 South to the Flemington Circle (about 13 miles). Then follow directions from the north (above).

From the West

From Pennsylvania, cross into New Jersey at Frenchtown, NJ, and follow Route 12 East until you arrive at the Hunterdon County complex on the right (approximately 9 miles).

Or, enter New Jersey at the New Hope/Lambertville area, and follow Route 202 for approximately 20 minutes until you arrive at the Flemington circle (where Routes 202, 31, and 12 converge). Travel 3/4's around the circle and exit onto Route 12 West (Frenchtown). Then see directions at top of page.
