PUBLIC NOTICE

Meeting Location Change

In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12,a, notice is hereby given that the location of the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders on Tuesday, May 10 , 2005, has been changed to the Large Auditorium, in the Lower Level of the Senior Multi-Purpose Center, at the Route 31 County Complex. It is the first building in the complex facing Route 31. The times for the meeting remain unchanged: 3:00 p.m. for Executive Session, 4:30 p.m. for Open Session.

Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the County Administration Building, Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on May 3, 2005. This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on May 3, 2005: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Express, Courier News, Hunterdon Review, Trenton Times, and Star Ledger, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
