"This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act. Adequate notice has been given by posting throughout the year a copy of the notice on  Bulletin Boards on the First and Second Floor of the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, a public place reserved for such announcements. A copy was  mailed on or before January 02, 2018, to the Hunterdon County Democrat, Star Ledger, Trenton Times, Courier News, TAPinto (online) and the Express Times, newspapers designated  to receive such notices and by filing a copy with the Hunterdon County Clerk.”

  1. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2018-02, to furnish and deliver Maintenance and Repair Materials for the Divisions of Roads and Bridges, to Green Rock Recycling LLC, in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
  2. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2018-02, to furnish and deliver Maintenance and Repair Materials for the Divisions of Roads and Bridges, to Eastern Concrete Materials, in an amount not to exceed  $31,842.50.
  3. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2018-02, to furnish and deliver Maintenance and Repair Materials for the Divisions of Roads and Bridges, to R&H Truck Parks and Service, in an amount not to exceed  $29,588.
  4. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2018-02, to furnish and deliver Maintenance and Repair
    Materials for the Divisions of Roads and Bridges, to Trap Rock Industries, in an amount not to exceed $368,600.

  1. Motion to approve the claims in accordance with the Claims Register dated April 17, 2018.
  2. Motion to approve the regular and executive session minutes of March 20, 2018.
  3. RESOLUTION - Michael Williams appointed unclassified, full time First Assistant Prosecutor, Prosecutor’s Office.
  4. RESOLUTION - Susan Pena appointed provisional, Keyboarding Clerk 3, Planning Division, Department of  Planning, Economic Development and Land Use
  5. RESOLUTION - Jacqueline Kravitz appointed permanent, full time Supervisor of Accounts, Department of Human Services.
  6. RESOLUTION - Approving the appointment of Steven Timko to the Emergency Management Council as a  volunteer.
  7. RESOLUTION - Gene Robbins appointed seasonal, as needed, Canoe Leader, Division of Parks, Department of Planning, Economic Development and Land Use.

  12. RESOLUTION - Approving an agreement for the purchase and sale of Riparian Mitigation Credits for the  Replacement of County Bridge A-52, on County Route 513, in Alexandria Township, with Evergreen Environmental, LLC, in the amount of $32,725.
  13. RESOLUTION - Approving an agreement for the purchase and sale of Riparian Mitigation Credits for the  replacement of County Bridge C-67, on County Route 639, in Clinton Township, with Evergreen Environmental, LLC, in the amount of $4,250.
  14. RESOLUTION - Approving an agreement for the purchase and sale of Riparian Mitigation Credits for the  Replacement of County Bridge L-6, on County Route 513, in Lebanon Township, with Evergreen Environmental, LLC, in the amount of $2,975.
  15. RESOLUTION - Authorizing Warren County to serve as lead agency for the Childhood Lead Exposure Prevention  Grant, for Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex and Warren Counties.
  16. RESOLUTION - Approving an amendment to County Policy #2008-01, Use of Historic Courthouse, to permit Wi-Fi  access.
  17. RESOLUTION - Approving an Agreement through the Performance of Local Art Program (LAP) Grant, between  the Cultural and Heritage Commission and the Division of Senior, Disabilities & Veterans Services, award in the  amount of $4,250.
  18. RESOLUTION - Approving specifications for the Resurfacing and Surface Treatment Program of various County
    Roads; and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids.
  19. RESOLUTION - Approving specifications for the Application of Traffic Stripes on various County and Municipal  Roads; and authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids.
  20. RESOLUTION - Salaries for Sheriff’s employees within Corrections, adjusted per the contract agreement with  FOP Lodge 29.

XII. GRANTS

  1. RESOLUTION - Approving a revised resolution for the 2018 CEHA grant authorizing the Freeholder Director to  sign all documents.

XIII. CORRESPONDENCE

  1. American Diabetes Association, requesting to use County roads during their Tour de Cure ride, on Saturday,  June 16, 2018, starting at 6:30 a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m.
  2. Morris Area Freewheelers Foundation, requesting permission to hold their Revolutionary Ramble Bicycle Race,  on Saturday, June 09, 2018, using County roads in Readington, Tewksbury and Bedminster Townships.
  3. Approving the waiver of insurance for the 67th Annual National Day of Prayer to be held on the Historic  Courthouse steps on Thursday, May 3rd from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
