I. 4:00 p.m. CONVENE:  "This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.  Adequate notice has been given by posting throughout the year a copy of the notice on Bulletin Boards on the First and Second Floor of the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, a public place reserved for such announcements. A copy was mailed on or before January 02, 2014, to the Star Ledger, Trenton Times, Courier News and the Express Times, newspapers designated to receive such notices and by filing a copy with the Hunterdon County Clerk.”

    1. RESOLUTION - Approving Requisition #27093, using State Contract A-82154, with SBP Industries, for a generator for the Emergency Services Division, Department of Public Safety and Health, in the amount of $109,511.26.
    2. RESOLUTION - Approving Requisition #IT.3821, using NJSA 40A:11-5(1)DD, with ESRI, for software maintenance for the GIS Division, for the Department of Central Printing, Mail and Information Services, in the amount of $31,650.
    3. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2014-02, to furnish and deliver Long Life Traffic Stripe Epoxy, for the Public Works Department, Division of Roads and Bridges, to Ennis Paint, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $56,125.
    4. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2014-03, for Steel Beam Guide Rail, for the Public Works Department, Division of Roads and Bridges, to South Camden Iron Works, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $29,739.35.
    5. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the award of County Bid #2014-03, for Steel Beam Guide Rail, for the Department of Public Works, Division of Roads and Bridges, to Kloeckner Metals, in an amount not to exceed $44,738.22.

    VIII. CONSENT AGENDA

    “All matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine by the Board of Chosen Freeholders of the County of Hunterdon and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed below.  There will be no separate discussion of these items.  If discussion is desired that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.”

    1. Motion to approve the claims in accordance with the Claims Register dated April 15, 2014.
    2. Motion to approve the reorganization minutes of January 02, 2014 and the regular session minutes of January 14, 2014.
    3. RESOLUTION - Matthew Popin appointed seasonal, when and as needed Park Naturalist, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, Department of Land Use and Facilities Management. 
    4. RESOLUTION - Approving 2014 salaries for employees covered under the F.O.P. #29, Memorandum of Agreement.
    5. RESOLUTION - Approving Change Order #1, for County Bid #2012-30, for County Route 512 (Main Street) and County Route 513 (High Bridge-Califon Road), in Califon Borough and Lebanon Township, with Reivax Contracting Corp., decrease of $14,832.73.
    6. RESOLUTION - Approving final payment for County Bid #2012-30, for County Route 512 (Main Street) and County Route 513 (High Bridge-Califon Road), in Califon Borough and Lebanon Township, to Reivax Contracting Corp., in the amount of $3,971.36.
    7. RESOLUTION - Naming The Hunterdon County News as Hunterdon’s official online newspaper.
    8. RESOLUTION - Approving the appointment of Maeve Pambianchi to the Cultural and Heritage Commission.
    9. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise for bids for County Bid #2014-06, for Food and Commissary Services for the Hunterdon County Division of Corrections (Jail), under the Public Safety and Health Services Department.
    10. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the transfer of the Adult Protective Services Unit to the Division of Senior, Disabilities and Veterans Services, of the Human Services Department.
    11. RESOLUTION - Approving the plans and specifications for the Reconstruction of County Bridge E-174 and Approach Roadway, for Wertsville Road (County Route 602), over a Tributary of the Back Brook, in the East Amwell Township.
    12. RESOLUTION - Approving a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office, F.O.P. #186, for Investigators, for the period through December 31, 2014.
    13. RESOLUTION - Approving a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office, F.O.P. #186, for Sergeants, for the period through December 31, 2014.
    14. RESOLUTION - Approving a Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Prosecutor’s Office, F.O.P. #186, for Lieutenants, for the period through December 31, 2014.
    15. RESOLUTION - Approving an agreement with the Flemington Business Improvement District, to use County property to construct, access and maintain a pole, to hang banners across Main Street for community events and information.

    IX. PROCLAMATIONS/RECOGNITION

    1. PROCLAMATION - Recognizing April 2014 as Autism Awareness Month, in the County of Hunterdon.
    2. PROCLAMATION - Recognizing Mark Stiefel for attaining the designation of Eagle Scout.
    3. PROCLAMATION - Declaring June 13 and 14, 2014, as Relay for Life Days in the County.

    X. GRANTS

    1. RESOLUTION - Approving a Victims of Crime Subgrant Award, for the SANE/SART program, in the amount of $71,031 (federal funds: $56,825, County Match: $14,206).
    2. RESOLUTION - Approving state contract #CW14010, with the New Jersey Division of Family Department, accepting the award of $2,000 toward the purchase of equipment to maintain the food stamp case files, in the Division of Social Services of the Department of Human Services.

    XI. CORRESPONDENCE

    1. Flemington Business Improvement District, requesting permission to use restrooms at the Main Street County Complex (Administration Building), during the first annual Central Jersey Jazz Festival, on Friday, September 12, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
    2. Memorial Day Parade Committee of Readington Township, requesting permission to use a portion of County Route 523 during their annual Memorial Day Parade, on Monday, May 26, 2014.
    3. JerseyMan, requesting permission to use County Roads during their 8th annual JerseyMan Triathlon, at Spruce Run Park, on Saturday, May 17, 2014.
