CONVENE:  "This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.  Adequate notice has been given by posting throughout the year a copy of the notice on Bulletin Boards on the First and Second Floor of the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, a public place reserved for such announcements. A copy was mailed on or before January 03, 2012, to the Hunterdon County Democrat, Star Ledger, Trenton Times, Courier News and the Express Times, newspapers designated to receive such notices and by filing a copy with the Hunterdon County Clerk.”

      12. RESOLUTION - Approving Requisition #40030651, using State Contract A-71626, with Campbell Foundry Company, for inlets, for the Roads and Bridges Division of the Public Works Department, in the amount of $13,735.
      13. RESOLUTION - Approving Requisition #40030720, using State Contract A-75553, with Independence Constructors, for the installation of a tank monitoring system at the Route 12 County Garage, for the Roads and Bridges Division of the Public Works Department, in the amount of $12,125.
      14. RESOLUTION - Authorizing the County Purchasing Agent to solicit bids for: (1) Bid #2012-13, to furnish and deliver Fine Paper and Envelopes; (2) Bid #2012-14, for the Operation of the HC Solid Waste Transfer Station; (3) Bid #2012-15, to furnish and deliver Long Life Epoxy Traffic Resin; and (4) Bid #2012-16, for Copier Maintenance.
      15. RESOLUTION - Approving a lease agreement with the North Jersey Resources Conservation and Development Area, Inc., for the Lechner Home, at Echo Hill, in the amount of $300 per month for the period of March 01, 2012 through February 28, 2013.
      16. RESOLUTION - Approving Change Order #1, Final, for County Bid #2011-08, for drainage improvements to County Routes 513, 519 and 601, in Franklin, Kingwood and West Amwell Twps., with Tillerman Landscaping, increase of $1,785.85.
      17. RESOLUTION - Authorizing final payment for County Bid #2011-08, for drainage improvements to County Routes 513, 519 and 601, in Franklin, Kingwood and West Amwell Twps., to Tillerman Landscaping, in the amount of $7,639.77..
      18. RESOLUTION - Approving the distribution of the Special Projects Grant awards for 2012, for the Cultural and Heritage Commission, in the amount of $30,500.

XI.  CORRESPONDENCE

  1. Dan Brannen, requesting permission to use a portion of the North County Branch parking and lawn area, for the 2nd Annual Gran Fondo NJ, as a "rest & refreshment" location for the 100 mile bike ride, which benefits numerous NJ-based nonprofit organizations, primarily The Seeing Eye, on Sunday, September 09, 2012, between 7:00 a.m. until approximately 3:00 p.m.
  2. Oldwick Fire Company, requesting permission to close Oldwick Road (County Route 523 and 517) from Rockaway Road to and including the intersection of Homestead Road and Hill and Dale Road, from 12:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., on Saturday, June 01, 2013, for a parade to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the Oldwick Fire Company.
