I.    CONVENE – 4:00 p.m.

"This meeting is being held in accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act.  Adequate notice has been given by posting throughout the year a copy of the notice on Bulletin Boards at the County Administration Building, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, a public place reserved for such announcements. A copy was mailed on or before December 22, 2011, to the Hunterdon County Democrat, Lambertville Beacon, the Express, Courier News, Trenton Times, Hunterdon Review and Star Ledger, newspapers designated to receive such notices and by filing a copy with the Hunterdon County Clerk.”

XII. REORGANIZATION RESOLUTIONS

  1. RESOLUTION - Establish County Office hours.
  2. RESOLUTION - Setting regular meeting time and days for the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders.
  3. RESOLUTION - Establishing the payment of vouchers in accordance with the payment schedule established by the County Treasurer.
  4. RESOLUTION - Establishing pay days for CWA Supervisory and Non-Supervisory employees
  5. RESOLUTION - Establishing pay days for unclassified and non-contractual employees.
  6. RESOLUTION - Establishing pay days for employees covered under the FOP #29 (Corrections Officers) and FOP #94 (Sheriff’s Officers and Sergeants).
