PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12,a, notice is hereby given that the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders will begin their regular open session on July 24, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., at the Main Street County Complex, in the Freeholders’ Meeting Room, 2 nd Floor, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey. The Board will meet in executive session between 3:30 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. The Board will recess at 5:00 p.m. to reconvene in Open Session at 5:30 p.m. at the Lambertville Municipal Building, Justice Center, on Union Street, in Lambertville, New Jersey. The Board will return to the Freeholders’ Meeting Room to attend to any remaining executive session requests.

Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the County Administration Building, Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on July 17, 2007. This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on July 17, 2007: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Express, Courier News, Hunterdon Review, Trenton Times, and Star Ledger, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
