In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12,b, notice is hereby given that the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold a Special Executive Session on Monday, September 24, 2007, at 4:30 p.m., at the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Freeholders’ Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, for the purpose of discussing land issues with the New Jersey Conservation Foundation, space issues, review minutes, update on issues concerning the Hunterdon County Housing Corporation and any other issues that may come before the Board.

Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the Main Street County Complex, 71 Main Street, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on September 20, 2007: This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on September 20, 2007: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Courier, Hunterdon Review, The Times, Star Ledger and The Express, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
