In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12, b, notice is hereby given that the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold a Special Session on Monday, September 17, 2007. The Board will meet in closed session at 4:30 p.m. at the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, Freeholders’ Conference Room, 2 nd Floor, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, for the purpose of discussing land issues with the Hunterdon County Land Trust. The Board will meet in open session at 5:30 p.m., on the Second Floor of the Historic Court House, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, to hold the public hearing on Capital Ordinance No. 15-07.
Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the Main Street County Complex, 71 Main Street, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on September 5, 2007: This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on September 5, 2007: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Courier, Hunterdon Review, The Times, Star Ledger and The Express, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
