In accordance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, 10:4-12,a, notice is hereby given that the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 01, 2007. Executive Session will begin at 4:30 p.m. to discuss various land, legal and personnel issues held over from their regular meeting on September 25, 2007. Open session will begin at 5:30 p.m. to discuss issues concerning Polytech with members of the Polytech Board. This meeting will be held in the Freeholders’ Meeting Room, Main Street County Complex, 2 nd Floor, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey 08822.
Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the County Administration Building, Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey, and filed in the Office of the County Clerk on September 26, 2007. This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on September 26, 2007: Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Express, Courier News, Hunterdon Review, Trenton Times, and Star Ledger, newspapers designated to receive such notices.
