RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the office hours for County employees shall be from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with one hour off for lunch except in those departments having a longer daily work schedule.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the regular meeting time for the Hunterdon County Board of Chosen Freeholders shall be the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, unless the day should fall on a legal holiday; in which event the meeting shall be held on Monday, prior to the regular meeting day. The meetings shall begin in Open Session at 3:00 p.m. followed by Executive Session and the Board will reconvene in Open Session at 5:30 p.m. to finish any public issue and to hold public hearings, in the Freeholders' Meeting Room, on the Second Floor of the Main Street County Complex, Building #1, 71 Main Street, Flemington, New Jersey 08822.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall be considered the annual notice according to Chapter 231, P.L. 1975.

RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, the first payday for all County employees shall be on January 12, 2007 and every second Friday thereafter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of other expense vouchers shall be in accordance with the payment schedule to be established by the County Treasurer.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the depositories of funds for the County of Hunterdon, for the year 2007 shall be listed in the schedule below. the Freeholder Director, the County Treasurer, Deputy Freeholder Director, County Administrator and Acting Treasurer are hereby authorized to sign checks; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in any case at least two signatures must appear on all checks; one of which shall be the County Treasurer in all instances and one of which shall be the Freeholder Director when present; the Acting County Treasurer signs in the absence of the County Treasurer; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Treasurer, as Chief Financial Officer, is authorized to invest idle funds in legally authorized investment vehicles and transfer funds by wire when necessary.
BE IT FURTHUIR RESOLVED THAT, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:23-9 only these depositories shall be used by all departments, employees, boards, agencies, and commissions of the County, and pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 40:20-1.3 by the County Board of Taxation, the County Board of Elections, the County Register of Deeds, the County Clerk, the Surrogate and the Sheriff; and
BE IT FURHTUR RESOLVED THAT, no department, employee, board, agency, or commission of the County, and pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 40:23-9 and N.J.S.A. 40:20-1.3 that neither the County Board of Taxation, the County Board of Elections, the County Register of Deeds, the County Clerk, the Surrogate nor the Sheriff shall establish, maintain, or utilize any account unless they have the prior approval of, and with coordination through, the County Treasurer whose concurrence must be obtained to establish and utilize the banking institution for the purposes required.

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following newspapers be and are hereby designated for 2007 as official newspapers for the publication of County items referred to in N.J.S.A. 35:1-2.2 and 2.2a provided, however, that said newspaper file with the County affidavits set forth in said two statutory sections.

BE IT RESOLVED, that any checks drawn to cover penalties assessed against the County of Hunterdon as a result of late filing of reports, returns, documentation or deductions which are mandated to be filed by a specific date shall in all instances require the manual signature of the Freeholder in charge of the Department of Finance.
