The county is not planning any additional seasonal flu clinics.  Additional vaccine is expected to be shipped to  some private medical providers.  Please contact your physician for information. There may also be seasonal flu shots available at retail outlets (such as local drug stores).

 

 

COST:

Seniors -- bring your Traditional Medicare Part B Card

For seniors, Medicare Part B, will be billed when it is the patient's primary insurance.

ALL OTHERS:
Flu Vaccine............................. $30.00
Pneumonia Vaccine***.......... $45.00

NOTE: Cash or checks accepted at all locations, as are the following insurance plans:
Aetna: Flu Shot Coverage Only
Wellcare: Flu Shot Coverage Only
SummaCare: Flu and Pneumonia Vaccine both Covered.

Check with your MD for your need to be vaccinated against Pneumonia.
If you are under 65 years of age, you must have a note from your MD.

 

REMEMBER: Prevention is the Best Protection!

 

** Clinics will be held provided sufficient flu vaccine is available prior to each scheduled clinic date.
