following purposes or a combination of them: (A) Acquisition of Farmland for farmland preservation; (B) Acquisition of lands for recreation and conservation purposes; (C) Payment of debt service on indebtedness issued or incurred for the purposes described in subparagraphs (A) and/or (B) above. |
