Shall the Township of Lebanon be authorized to increase its existing Municipal Open Space and Farmland Preservation Trust Fund and increase the established annual real property tax levy by a rate not exceeding $0.02 per $100.00 of assessed value for a total not to exceed $0.04 per $100.00 of assessed value for any of the following purposes or a combination of them:
(A) Acquisition of Farmland for farmland preservation;
(B) Acquisition of lands for recreation and conservation purposes;
(C) Payment of debt service on indebtedness issued or incurred for the purposes described in subparagraphs (A) and/or (B) above.
