Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the County of Hunterdon, on June 21, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time in the Freeholder's Meeting Room, 1st Floor, Route 12 County Complex, Flemington, New Jersey 08822-2900, at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

LEASE OF GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT FOR THE HUNTERDON COUNTY GOLF COURSE

BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED BY MAIL", (Hunterdon County will not be responsible for Bid Packages not arriving at the time and place designated), Specifications, Instructions to Bidders and Proposal Forms may be obtained at the Purchasing Department, Second Floor, Route 12 County Complex, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey 08822-2900, during regular business hours. Bids will be on the Proposal Forms provided in the manner designated therein and addressed to the County of Hunterdon, Office of the Clerk of the Board, Route 12 County Complex, 2nd Floor, Building #1, PO Box 2900, Flemington, New Jersey 08822-2900, and clearly marked on the outside "SEALED BID" Golf Course Equipment Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the total bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00 payable to the Treasurer, Hunterdon County.

Bidders are required to comply with requirements of PL l975 Chapter: 127. (N.J.A.C. 17:27)

The Board of Chosen Freeholders reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the Proposal received and to accept the bids which in their judgement will serve the best interest of the County.
