Reconstruction of Former County Administration Building, located on the Main
Street of the Borough of Flemington, NJ.
NOTE: Bids will be received for One (1)
Single Overall Contract.
NOTE: A Pre-Bid Conference was held at the
Hunterdon County Administration Building, 71 Main Street, Flemington Borough,
on Friday, September 14, 2001 at 11:00 am. All Bidders who did not attend this
conference are urged to visit the construction site, due to the complexity of
the project. Please call Frank J. Bell, Project Administrator at 908-788-1568
to make arrangements for a site visit.
NOTE: Bid Documents are available at the
office of the Hunterdon County Purchasing Department, upon receipt of a
non-refundable cost of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for each set of
documentations.
NOTE: All contractors who purchased Bid
Documents for the first Bid (#2001-31) will not be required to pay for Bid
Documents for the second Bid.
NOTE: A thirty dollar ($30.00) shipping
charge is required for each set of Bid Documents, if shipping of documents via
standard UPS service is desired. Express delivery charges will be additional;
unless the contractor supplies the County Purchasing Department with it's
Bill-to-Receipt Federal Express Account Number.
