Reconstruction of Former County Administration Building, located on the Main
Street of the Borough of Flemington, NJ.
NOTE: Bids will be received for One (1)
Single Overall Contract.
NOTE: A Pre-Bid Conference was held at the
Hunterdon County Administration Building, 71 Main Street, Flemington Borough,
on Friday, September 14, 2001 at 11:00 am. All Bidders were urged to Attend
this Pre-Bid Conference; due to the complexity of the Project.
NOTE: Bid Documents are available at the
Office of the Hunterdon County Purchasing Department, upon receipt of a
non-refundable charge of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each set of
documents.
A thirty dollar ($30.00) shipping charge is required for each set if shipping
of documents via standard UPS service is desired. Express delivery charges will
be additional; alternatively, the Bidder can supply its Bill-to-Receipt Federal
Express Account Number.
