Snowberry Clearwing Moth (Hemaris diffinis).  This and the closely related Hummingbird Clearwing (H. thysbe) are named after their clear wings and hovering flight, resembling a bumblebee or hummingbird.  They feed at flowers in the daytime, pollinating them as they go.
