Turkey Tail (Trametes versicolor).  Turkey tail is named for the part that you see, the fruiting body.  Most of the fungus is actually inside the bark of the log, so what you are seeing is the “tail” of the fungus.  This is a common bracket fungus (grows on sides of logs or trees) and has no stalk.  The “blooms” grow from May to December (FCPS).
