back Acorn Next

Acorn. Acorns are the nut of the Oak Tree. Acorns provide an important food source for squirrels, deer, wild turkeys, bears, and more. In some areas the population of these animals are preventing the growth of young oak trees. They eat all the acorns before they have a chance to germinate into trees.
