Sweat Bee (Genus Lasioglossum).  Lasioglossum bees have a weak venation on their wings.  Adults eat nectar and collect pollen and nectar for their young.  They lay an egg in the ground or in rotting wood and provision the nesting cell with the pollen and nectar that the larva will need until it pupates into an adult.
