Black Cherry Tree (Prunus serotine).  Black cherry trees are found in the northeastern section of the United States.  These trees can reach 100 feet tall, but most of the time they're around 70 feet tall.  The cherries you can see in the picture will eventually become ripe and drop purplish red cherries in the fall (Miami University).
